Pleased find some pics of my Airfix Buccaneer in 1/48 scale.

The kit is a bit of a pig and fights you all the way but it looks like a Buccaneer and will probably be the only one we will see for a time.

I used the Neomega cockpit set which does not fit that well but after some sanding down and a lot of superglue it went in.

Eduard interior set and Model Alliance decals were also used.

The model is finished off in the markings of 12 Sqn from RAF Lossiemouth.

The Buccaneer is now owed by the Old Flying Machine company here in England. They are planning to display the aircraft on the show circuit.
