Description

While we wait for Classics Airframe’s 1/48 scale Canberra kit later this year, here are some images of my rendering of this aircraft in 1/48 scale.

It is not an Aeroclub or Falcon kit, but a model I scratch built from plastic sheet.

The markings are of aircraft B-109 second bombardment group Argentine Air Force during the 1982 Malvinas/ Falklands war. Today the aircraft is displayed at the National Aeronautical Museum in Moron, Buenos Aires.

Its sorties against the British positions and the silhouette of the Malvinas are proudly displayed on the nose of this Canberra.
