Chris Wauchop has a long history of model building and photography. These photos were taken by Chris around 1978, while he was working in the photo studio of a Sydney advertising agency.

The model is Revell's old 1/32 scale Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9.

The blast pen-hangar is formed from a cardboard box, carefully folded and shaded to match a photograph in a 1960s Kookaburra Publications booklet on the Me 262.

The photographs were taken with a Nikon F1 SLR, borrowed from the Studio - with permission!

The authentic ageing of the photograph is nothing more than authentic ageing! The sepia tone and stains are simply the result of more than 25 years of storage.
