Here is Classic Airframes' 1/48 scale fabric wing Hawker Hurricane Mk.I in 56 Squadron markings. The pilot is from the excellent Dartmoor range of figures.

The airfield buildings in the background are 1/144 scale card ones from Corgi. If you get them far enough away and get the depth of field right they look like they are a suitable distance from the aircraft.
