Here is a P-40N cartoon which appeared in "Le FANA de l'Aviation" french magazine, Sept.2005 issue.

Osprey author Carl Molesworth was kind enough to quickly answer my questions on this aircraft. Thanks, Carl!

This is a plane from the 32ndFS, 3rd FG in China (CACW ). Carl suggested that its fuselage code may be a letter C and I guessed from the photo in "P-40 Aces of the CBI" that the n° would be 4.

The text says that in those years, the USA were helping China to stop Japanese imports!
